Programme terms
The distributor programme is open worldwide; the standard terms are set out below.
- Area exclusivity available from the start
- Minimum first order: one 20ft container (20GP)
- Initial authorisation term: 1 year, with a first-year review
- After passing the first-year review, a longer term (typically 3-5 years) can be arranged
- Territory protection - the distributor sells only within the authorised territory
- Price support for the first order
- MOQ: one 20ft container (20GP) · LCL available on request
- Trade term: FOB
- Payment: T/T
