How to request
- Tell us the base material you want to test
- Share your target pack size and market
- Provide a delivery address and consignee details
- Sample shipping is arranged on request; courier cost is borne by the buyer
Sample lead time is confirmed per request.

- Particle size and feel
- Clumping behaviour and scooping
- Dust level
- Odour control (if a functional option is requested)
